Terms and Conditions for Pro Watch Repairs

By using the services of pro watch repairs you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Service Agreement:
    By sending your watch to us for repair, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service if the terms are not met.

  2. Repairs and Estimates:

    • After receiving your watch, we will perform an initial inspection and provide an estimate for the repair. If additional repairs are needed or the cost exceeds the original estimate, we will notify you for approval before proceeding.

    • All repair services are subject to availability of parts. If parts are not available or are delayed, we will inform you immediately.

    • In some cases, we may recommend an alternative repair solution. However, final decisions regarding repairs rest with the customer.

  3. Shipping and Handling:

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping watches to our facility for repairs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the watch for its full value.

    • Return shipping is free for domestic customers within [Your Country]. For international customers, shipping fees may apply, and customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Turnaround Time:

    • Estimated repair times are provided at the time of the estimate but are not guaranteed. Actual repair times may vary depending on the complexity of the work and parts availability.

    • If a repair will take longer than expected, we will notify you of the delay.

  5. Payment:

    • Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We accept [payment methods accepted, e.g., credit cards, PayPal, etc.].

    • If you choose not to proceed with the repair after an estimate is provided, you may be subject to a diagnostic or return shipping fee.

  6. Warranty:

    • We offer a 3 -month warranty on all repairs. The warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, or external factors (such as water damage, impact, etc.).

    • If you experience issues with your watch after the repair, please contact us immediately. We will inspect the issue and determine if it falls under our warranty.

  7. Liability:

    • While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your watch during repair, we are not liable for any damage that occurs during shipping or any other loss beyond our control.

    • In the unlikely event that a watch is lost or damaged while in our care, we will offer compensation up to the value of the watch, as agreed upon with you at the time of the repair.

  8. Customer Responsibilities:

    • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information about the watch and the issue when sending it in for repair.

    • You are also responsible for retrieving your repaired watch in a timely manner. We will hold completed repairs for 14 days, after which the item will be sold to redeem funds for the outstanding balance

  9. Changes to Terms:

    • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
